Above the law?

twice. TWICE, i saw something which pisses me off. it's a convoy of police vehicles at the front and back of the line and the VIPs. the policemen would stop by every junction including traffic light junctions and blocked off all other traffic, regardless of red or green light. and they keep pushing the traffic aside for the VIPs to move. what, they think they're ambulances? what happened to the "no one is above the law" thing? all bull shit? politicians are above law? wtf?

another damn thing which i hate about the CM of sarawak. he took a chopper to a function. the chopper landed on a vacated parking lot, and he entered the cm's car. and the car drove to, guess where, the building next to the parking lot. another wtf? i saw it with my own eyes. what a waste of petrol. can't that fella just walk to the building? is he crippled? crippled by politics, maybe.

Not fit?

today i couldn't really go crazy with badminton for long. started to feel tired and not interested to continue during the third match. i wondered if i wasn't as fit as before. i could last till the end before this. maybe it's because i haven't been playing for a while. or maybe it's because i'm hungry. yeah, i felt hungry before playing, around 5.30pm. my housemate told me it was very very weird to have dinner at that time...

today's the first of the three days for elective research presentation. some not so interesting, others are. funny moments too when bloopers occur, and also some thin jokes from the panel and lecturers.

and it's also the first of the three-day-EOY (end of year) exam for the year 1s. hope they will do well. haha, i can barely recall my EOY moments... not enough consolidation that time...


went out with the batu lintang group and 2 others, 1 each from bormill estate and pisang road. really one of the few moments i go out with these guys. just peninsular guys in the group...

speedy order... or not?

my order came in less than 5 minutes. that was the fastest at the jade pot tea house near jalan tun ahmad zaidi. when i went into the shop, i saw quite a number of people, and i thought "oh man, gotta wait for some time." but hey, my noodles came faster than i'd expected. which got me thinking bout it when i started eating. someone ordered it before but canceled at the last minute? or ready made, waiting to be served? or lightning quick chef's on that shift? dunno... oh, and the couple beside me ordered the same drink as mine @.@ ate up pretty quick, finished in bout 5 minutes too. then i looked at the others. i came after them, and i'm leaving before them. guess they're enjoying their dinner. well, i'm just there to eat. i guess no one really enjoys dinner alone frequently?

before that i went to the southern bakery. saw a new item today. so new i had to wait a while as the cashier had to ask her colleague the price. wanted to tell her myself but... hmmm... its name is honeycomb... something like that. it's a cake and i'm guessing by its name that its main ingredient is honey.


gonna start playing maple story at 7.30pm, 2X drop rate. wanna get mesos!! currently working on my page to get it to level 70 and advance to third job. i'm at level 65 now, 69% experience.

then have to practise for my elective presentation. and also wrap a bolster as a present.
