i think this shouldn't be occurring at all. they make it compulsory for selected teenagers to attend the national service program, and yet, they can not ensure the safety and health of these individuals.
and once again they say they will look into this and investigate and blah blah blah... can't wait to know the cause of the girl's death. seems that the authorities are also puzzled by this case?
i wonder if they do feel bad bout this. making it compulsory for the selected teenagers to attend the NS program, only to meet death in the face. it's just like making it compulsory for them to die. some politicians have suggested that this program be suspended or scrapped, and i support them. i mean, it's already the 16th reported death, not the first or second. the authorities should have done something about the previous deaths that occurred. if they can't ensure the safety and health of the teenagers, stop it. why go on and let others meet the same fate? they are just teenagers. only spent 18 years on the face of this earth. and now the ones who had passed away were robbed off the rest of their years by this ill-managed program. i wonder what's the minister of defense is going to say about this.
